Lawns require different cut frequencies and cut heights depending on the variety of grass and how often it is watered. Our sharp blades will keep your grass from browning at the edges and help keep the grass strong so that it can resist disease better. With these requirements in mind, we will schedule your lawn to be mowed at its optimal frequency. Generally that occurs on a weekly or bi-weekly time frame.
Grass needs to be fertilized in order for it to grow lush and green. D3 will fertilize your lawn 3 - 4 times a year, depending on your lawns needs. This generally occurs at the beginning, middle and end of the growing season but we adapt this schedule based on your specific circumstances. We will give you watering recommendations that will help facilitate strong
growth without water waste.
Our on time and friendly service will keep you loving your lawn without all of the work.

You are busy running your ranch or business, let us take care of your property so that you can get back to running your establishment.
Our ranch and commercial clients really appreciate our battery powered equipment because there is no lingering gas smell, no residue and very minimal noise while we mow. This allows us to work and not disturb people or animals.
Our lawn care and maintenance is not limited to residential properties. When we make a commitment to your business or ranch, we show up on time and ready to work.

Colorado's soil composition is clay based and we have relatively little rain fall. D3 has developed a maintenance plan that can be catered to your yard.
We begin this process as the weather warms when we evaluate your lawns needs. We remove the dried stems, leaves and shoots that accumulate and are compacted over winter. Removing the thatch allows spring rain showers to penetrate deep into your soil layers so that it will sustain its self over the hot summer months. We generally choose to remove thatch instead of aerate in the spring so that weeds and volunteer grasses have less of a chance to become pervasive.

Towards the end of the growing season, D3 will come out to your property to core aerate your grass. This includes mechanically removing plugs or "cores" of grass to loosen the soil and allow oxygen, nutrients and water deeper into the soil. Aeration reduces compaction and heals the grass before the cold temperatures put the grass back into its winter dormancy.
Come spring, your grass
will thank you.
No matter where you are in the process, D3 can help!
